Shippo Ltd – Remote Working

An update on our work from home situation

Following advice from the UK Government to delay the spread of COVID-19, as of today (Wednesday the 18th of March 2020) and until advised otherwise, all UK based employees of Shippo Ltd will be working remotely.

Our customers will not be adversely affected by our staff working from home. All customer-facing employees have been issued with work mobiles so you can call them directly rather than going through the switchboard as standard (check their email signatures for the number). All Shippo customers should expect to see the same high-quality service with no disruption or deterioration…

…Having said that, if you call us you may hear one of the following:

– Three year old twins shouting “Daddy, daddy, who are you talking to, can I do some work on your pooter?”
– Kittens meowing for attention
– Families sighing loudly at the prospect of another day indoors with all those kids
– Dogs barking, Turtles scratching
– Temporarily re-homed Shippo fish fighting for their place in the hierarchy of their new environment
– Little sisters and brothers bouncing off the walls as self-isolation takes it’s toll!

Whatever distraction you hear on the other end of the line please rest assured that we have done everything possible to ensure that your service is running as efficiently as possible and that we have put IT provisions in place to minimise disruption.
