If you don’t have the space to store your goods or Amazon haven’t allocated enough of their eye-wateringly expensive storage space, we’ve got you covered.

Just ask us to check some, or all, of the goods you import with Shippo, into our storage solution.

£5 per pallet per week

Single SKU pallets to have maximum dimensions of 100cm x 120cm x 170cm (if stable at this height).

Mixed SKU pallets can be stored.  For picking fidelity and stability, maximum dimensions are at Shippo’s discretion.

Handling

FULL PALLET PICKS – £0

…. if it’s stored like this, we don’t think you should be charged to get it!

CARTON PICKS – First carton £5, additional cartons £1

…This includes an Amazon and a courier label

(e.g. we’d label and release 20ctns via your Amazon Partnered Carrier for £24)

Full (single SKU) Pallet picks aren’t chargeable

Building Mixed Pallets can be charged as per carton picks.

Shippo do not open cartons/rework products or fulfill at unit level. The minimum pick is one master carton.

Dispatch

Delivery within England – £65 per pallet

Plus £25 for an Amazon timed delivery… per delivery, not per pallet

Delivery to Amazon FBA in Scotland is £85 per pallet (plus the £25 per delivery)

Via Courier – Price on application (POA), Pending Carton Size

Via Pallet – POA

Approx. £65 per pallet (England) to £85 per pallet (Scotland)

Shippo can arrange deliveries via the TPN pallet network, a Haulier, or any of the major couriers (POA).

Any fees incurred from a missed/rejected delivery would be charged at cost.

Rates for Tail-lift/Timed/Smaller Vehicles available on request.

Receipt

There’s no charge to check-in shipments we’ve arranged

We charge £5 per pallet, or £1 per loose carton, to check in goods from elsewhere.

A packing list must be presented prior to delivery. We also need you to complete a sign-in sheet for each SKU.

Collections

All collections must be agreed in writing with Shippo at least 48 hours prior to the collection date.

Handling cost if arranging a collection: £15 per Pallet

Carton collections carry a charge of £5 for the first carton, all additional cartons are £1.

Shippo will refuse all unscheduled or unconfirmed collection and will bare no costs of wasted charges you incur.

Shippo holds the right to refuse a collection if the collecting vehicle arrives before 9am or after 5pm.

Service fulfilled by Shippo and partner warehouses from Redhill, Ipswich and Birmingham locations.

We strongly recommend that customers should have their own insurance policy to cover the full value of goods stored.
