Here at Shippo, we take our digital presence very seriously. Many of our customers discover us through the internet – and having a website is a great way for us to help inform and support them.
With this in mind, we work hard to make sure that our content is up to scratch. Keeping our information up-to-date, informative and engaging is essential. (This is why we always recommend that our customers take a poke around our blog – because there’s always something helpful and interesting for you to discover.) All of this, however, would be a wasted effort if our website wasn’t of a high-quality.
If our website was clunky and difficult to use, people wouldn’t stick around! Our first time visitors wouldn’t turn to customers and our customers wouldn’t be enticed to come back. Naturally, this is a big no no – so we invested in a great website design. We wanted our site to be easy to use, visually appealing and engaging; from our customer’s feedback, our new website managed it. Many of our customers love our new user friendly content and the new tracking feature that we were able to implement.
